We have completed the major steps required for our platform maintenance and have re-enabled data input and actions for all organisations.
We are still working through the final steps of our maintenance which involves migration of all historical device data.
This process may take longer than we anticipated but we continue to add relevant updates to this maintenance notice.

We will be performing urgent maintenance to the Senstera platform to ensure continued service reliability.
We will begin this maintenance on Friday 23rd August after 5pm NZST and expect it to take up to 90 minutes.
During this period, the Senstera platform will be put into maintenance mode meaning functionality and interaction will be disabled for all users. Additionally due to the nature of the maintenance, there will be a period of time where data sent by devices/networks will not be stored and as such actions will not trigger outputs.
Once work has finished all normal services will resume and users will be permitted to access the platform again.
